Chad Stahelski, director of the superhit action-packed \u2018John Wick<\/em>\u2018 films, showed interest in collaborating with Disney for a \u2018Star Wars<\/em>\u2018 film.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chad Stahelski, in an interview, said he is a \u2018Star Wars<\/em>\u2018 fan and has ideas for a project based on the galaxy \u201cfar, far away.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a \u2018Star Wars<\/em>\u2018 guy,\u201d Stahelski was quoted as saying in a report. \u201cThe first \u2018Star Wars<\/em>\u2018 changed my life path. Maybe someday out there, Disney if you\u2019re listening, hit me in a couple of years.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a couple of takes for \u2018Star Wars<\/em>\u2018. I\u2019d take a swing at that, see if Disney could survive me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chad Stahelski is not a compromising person and this is why he has stuck to his \u2018John Wick<\/em>\u2018 franchise rather than exploring other projects.<\/p>\n

It is pertinent to mention here Chad Stahelski and his fans would have to wait and see if he could explore the project. However, Disney is likely to collaborate with the filmmker as Lucasfilm chief creative officer Dave Filoni along with James Mangold, Sharmeen-Obaid Chinoy, and Taika Waititi are all approached to work on new \u2018Star Wars<\/em>\u2018 films.<\/p>\n

Rian Johnson, who directed \u2018Star Wars: Episode 8 \u2013 The Last Jedi<\/em>\u2018 is working on an entire trilogy. However, the project is not in development at the moment.<\/p>\n
