Moreover, he said, \u201cBorder trade is our legal and constitutional right, and business with Iran has been going on for a long time\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BNP Awami announces a strike and protest against border closure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBalochistan National Party (BNP) Awami does not accept the closure of the border between Pakistan and Iran, thus the party will observe a Protest and strike on September 21\u201d, BNP Awami\u2019s Central President and former Provincial Minister of Agriculture Mir Asadullah Baloch stated while addressing a crowded press conference at his residence.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Baloch said, \u201cThe strike will be observed across Makran and Panjgur\u201d. This border is a source of livelihood and employment for millions of people in Balochistan, he added.<\/p>\n<p>He further stated that the task of the caretaker government is to conduct elections. Who gave it the right to close the border? This is not its mandate.<\/p>\n<p>While addressing the audience Asad Baloch said, \u201cPeople of Balochistan are already facing the brunt of inflation, the prices of daily use products have skyrocketed\u201d.
