The court delivered its decision, rejecting Omar Dhillon\u2019s plea.<\/p>\n<p>The development took place a day after the Peshawar High Court (PHC) maintained the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) regarding Bat symbol ahead of the elections.<\/p>\n<p>The legal battle comes in the wake of the Peshawar High Court\u2019s decision to lift the stay on the Election Commission\u2019s ruling made on December 22.
