India\u2019s illegal occupation over their motherland.<\/p>\n<p>13 Kashmiris were already declared proclaimed offenders by the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) Special Court, Doda thereby making a total of 36 proclaimed offenders.<\/p>\n<p>The court gave them a month to appear before it in connection with \u2018false\u2019 cases registered against them, failing which their properties will be attached.<\/p>\n<p>It is pertinent to mention here that India under Narendra Modi has formulated a policy to declare all pro-freedom activists as \u201cproclaimed offender\u201d and then
