Nexstim Plc: Correction to Company Announcement: Nexstim Plc\u2019s Financial Information in 2024 and Updated Disclosure Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nexstim Plc (NXTMH:HEX) (“Nexstim” or “Company”) corrects the company announcement released by the Company on 21 December 2023 at 4 PM (EET) regarding the Company\u2019s financial information in 2024 and updated disclosure policy. In all language versions of the release, the date of the Annual General Meeting was incorrect. The corrected announcement can be read below.<\/p>\n

\u201cNexstim Plc (NXTMH:HEX) (“Nexstim” or “Company”) announces that it will publish the following financial information in 2024:<\/p>\n

The 2023 Financial Statements Release and Half-Yearly Report July\u2212December 2023 (H2) on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Half-Yearly Report January-June 2024 (H1) on Friday, August 16, 2024.<\/p>\n

Nexstim\u2019s Annual Report 2023 will be published and available on the Company\u2019s website on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.<\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on Thursday March 28, 2024, at 10:00 am.<\/p>\n

The Company also announces that due to the delisting of the secondary listing of the Company\u2019s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden on April 15, 2023, the Company will implement an updated disclosure policy as of January 1, 2024. Following the update of the disclosure policy, the Company will publish information only in Finnish and English.<\/p>\n

The updated disclosure policy is attached to this announcement and will be available on the Company\u2019s website at https:\/\/www.nexstim.com\/investors\/corporate-governance<\/a> on January 1, 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n
