The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has deplored that RSS-backed Narendra Modi-led Hindutva Indian regime has waged a full-fledged war against the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to suppress their just struggle for securing their internationally-recognized right to self-determination.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that besides over one million trigger-happy troops, India is using its Hindutva RSS\/BJP administration, parliament, probe bodies, intelligence agencies, communal media and biased judiciary for victimizing the Kashmiris.<\/p>\n

He said Indian Hindutva establishment is committing heinous crimes like killing innocent people, terminating employees, seizing properties and infamous Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA) and New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) conduct raids on the houses of freedom-loving people to punish the Kashmiris for demanding their right to self-determination.<\/p>\n

In addition to that, different laws have also been introduced to deprive the Kashmiris of their unique identity, history, culture, religion and above all their land. India is using Israeli tactics to snatch the land of Kashmiris and make them aliens in their own land, he deplored.<\/p>\n

The APHC spokesman said that confiscating Kashmiris\u2019 properties on different pretexts and amendment in land laws were the conspiracies to occupy land and deprive the local people of their livelihood and resources. However, he said all Indian oppressive methods and conspiracies have failed and will fail to subdue the Kashmiris\u2019 resolve for freedom and they would continue their struggle till complete success.<\/p>\n

He said Pakistan, which is effectively advocating the Kashmir cause, must expedite its efforts to inform the world about the emerging threat of Hindutva military terrorism in IIOJK. \u201cIf urgent and effective measures are not taken to check Hindutva terrorism and its anti-Islam and anti-Kashmir agendas, it will prove catastrophic for humanity so the world community must act before it is too late,\u201d he maintained.<\/p>\n

Lives of people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) are at the mercy of cruel Indian troops as the real brutal face of the Indian army is once again on display in the Poonch area of the occupied territory.<\/p>\n

A report released by Kashmir Media Service, today, said Indian troops brutally tortured three civilians to death while in custody in Bafliaz area of Poonch district.<\/p>\n

It said a video, making rounds on social media, shows Indian troops brutally beating civilians besides pouring chili powder on their wounds in Poonch. Indian troops have launched barbarous operations to create a sense of fear among civilians in Poonch, it lamented.<\/p>\n

The report said India is using torture in a systematic and institutional manner in IIOJK. Indian troops are involved in extrajudicial killings, rapes, torture and abuse in the territory, it added.<\/p>\n

It said the people of the occupied territory are witnessing unspeakable atrocities at the hands of Indian troops for the last over seven decades and thousands of innocent youth have been perished in Indian armed forces-run interrogation centres in the last 34 years in IIOJK.<\/p>\n

The report deplored that Indian troops, enjoying unbridled powers under draconian laws, have killed 96,278 people, including 7,322 in custody, since 1989 in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n

It added that Indian troops were killing Kashmiris in fake encounters and in custody for rewards and promotions from the authorities.<\/p>\n

It said Indian atrocities against the Kashmiris have increased manifold since August 5, 2019 when the Modi-led fascist regime repealed Kashmir\u2019s special status and imposed military siege in the territory.<\/p>\n

The report said unending stories of tragedy and trauma are surfacing every other day in the occupied territory as the fascist Modi has given full powers to his brutal army to unleash bloodshed in IIOJK.<\/p>\n

It said Indian troops\u2019 savagery in Kashmir has no parallel in recent human history and the time has come for the world to take notice of fascist Indian army\u2019s brutalities in IIOJK as Indian army\u2019s barbarism in IIOJK is a challenge to the civilized world.\u2014KMS<\/p>\n
