QUETTA:<\/strong>\u00a0In a spectacular ceremony held on Thursday, the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering, and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) commemorated its 19th Convocation, applauding the accomplishments of 589 graduates from 32 diverse departments. The event, a testament to academic prowess, featured the conferral of degrees upon outstanding students in MS, MBA, and BS programs.<\/p>\n

Governor Balochistan Graced The Occasion<\/h2>\n

The prestigious occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of Balochistan Governor Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar, who bestowed 40 gold medals and 7 Badges of Honor upon high-achieving graduates. Noteworthy distinctions included 17 recipients of MS degrees, 12 MBA graduates, and an impressive 560 students completing their BS degrees. The Zhob campus also witnessed the conferment of degrees upon students from four departments.<\/p>\n

In his address, Governor Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar underscored the transformative role envisioned for the graduating students in eliminating the developmental disparities in Balochistan. Chancellor BUITEMS, Professor Dr Khalid Hafeez, underscored the university\u2019s commitment to delivering quality education and research aligned with international standards. Dr. Khalid Hafeez expressed confidence in the graduates, equipped with four-year degrees from BUITEMS, making substantial contributions to the social, economic, and industrial progress of the region.<\/p>\n
