Posters have appeared in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), which rejected India\u2019s Hindutva-driven policies in the territory.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, through the posters displayed by different Hurriyat organizations in several parts of the territory,the international community has been asked to take practical steps for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.<\/p>\n

January 05, 1949 UN resolution embodies the principle of the right to self-determination for the Kashmiris, some posters read stressing that Kash-miris right to plebiscite has even been accepted by Indian first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. \u201cIndia is subjecting the IIOJK people to collective punishment for demanding the same UN-mandated plebiscite,\u201d the posters lamented.<\/p>\n

New Delhi is using nefarious tactics to suppress Kashmiris\u2019 genuine demand for the right to self-determination, posters read.<\/p>\n

\u201cKashmiri people have never accepted Indian illegal occupation as Kashmir have never been part of India as Jammu and Kashmir is not an India\u2019s internal matter; instead it is an international dispute on the United Nations agenda,\u201d many posters with the message were seen in streets of Srinagar.<\/p>\n

The posters criticized India for completely disregarding the Kashmiris\u2019 right to decide their future as per UN resolutions. Indian Supreme Court influenced by RSS-BJP\u2019s Hindutva ideology bypassed all the principles of law and justice and announced the verdict on Article 370 status, it was deplored.<\/p>\n

The world community has been asked to put pressure on India to restore Kashmir\u2019s special status and resolve the lingering dispute as per UN resolutions.<\/p>\n

People have been asked to beware of evil designs of the BJP regime and its anti-Kashmir policies in the disputed territory.\u2014KMS<\/p>\n
