margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify;\">Euro Shares in the Company (&#8220;<strong>Euro Shares<\/strong>&#8220;) into Sterling Shares in the Company (&#8220;<strong>Sterling Shares<\/strong>&#8220;); and<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:0cm; margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify;\">Sterling Shares into Euro Shares,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">(together the &#8220;<strong>Conversions<\/strong>&#8220;) for the 30 November 2023 conversion calculation date (the \u201c<strong>Conversion Calculation Date<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Conversion requests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The aggregate numbers of shares for which conversion request forms were received for the Conversion Calculation Date were:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>18,802 Euro Shares;
