QUETTA:<\/strong>\u00a0Commissioner Quetta Division, Hamza Shafqaat, has addressed the recent challenges hindering project completion, acknowledging the persistent efforts of engineering team. Despite their dedication, the original deadline of November 30th could not be met due to a series of obstacles.<\/p>\n

Delay Attributed To 16 Encroachments<\/h2>\n

The delay was attributed to 16 encroachments, which included both mosques and residential properties. Additionally, the intricate process of shifting essential utility services, such as gas, PTCL, and QESCO, contributed to the setback. It\u2019s noteworthy that these projects had been lingering in a state of delay for the past four years.<\/p>\n

However, we are pleased to announce that all impediments have now been successfully resolved. Commissioner Shafqaat expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by these unforeseen challenges and extended his gratitude for the community\u2019s patience.<\/p>\n

Revised Target Of Completion Is Now 31st Of December<\/h2>\n

The engineering teams are now working diligently to make up for lost time, and a revised target of completion by December 31st has been set. This extension follows exhaustive efforts to overcome the obstacles that have plagued the projects for an extended period.<\/p>\n
