Speaking at an event organized by the Punjab Council of Arts, Rawalpindi, in collaboration with the Government Degree College for Special Education in connection with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Mushaal underscored the importance of adopting an inclusive approach to fully utilize the true capabilities of persons with special needs.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Sabien Hussein Mullick (Focal Person to SAPM), Kashif Mehmood (Principal of the Government College for Special Education), Mirza Muzammil Mukhtar (President Mughal Welfare Society), Raja Imran Hussain (Founder Spring Association), and Waqar Ahmed (Director Punjab Arts Council, Rwp) participated in the event. Students from various special education institutions showcased their talents by performing national anthem, patriotic songs, Kalam-e-Iqbal, and paying tribute to the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.<\/p>\n<p>Mushaal expressed that with a little support, persons with special needs could become productive members of society. Addressing the students of the Degree College of Special Education, she affirmed that they were among the strongest individuals and as capable of achieving wonders as anyone else.
