GWADAR:<\/strong>\u00a0Former Chief Minister of Balochistan, Dr Malik Baloch, expressed serious concerns on Thursday regarding the alleged extensive embezzlement within the Pasni Fish Harbour Authority. The former CM, also Chief of the National Party (NP), engaged with the Harbour Authority\u2019s workers, pledging to address the alleged corruption and financial misconduct in Pasni.<\/p>\n

Dr Baloch\u2019s statement followed a protest initiated by Pasni Harbour Authority employees against the fisheries department, advocating for the acceptance of their demands.<\/p>\n

\u201cGovt Must Pay Salaries of Employees\u201d, Dr. Baloch<\/h2>\n

\u201cThis is a matter of shame; the salaries of Pasni Harbour Authority workers must be disbursed,\u201d remarked Dr. Baloch. He urged authorities to thoroughly investigate irregularities and corruption within the Fish Harbour Authority.<\/p>\n

Dr. Malik Baloch criticized both the provincial and federal governments, alleging their failure to address critical issues in the Mekran division. \u201cThe National Party is committed to safeguarding your rights and the coastline,\u201d assured Dr Baloch to Pasni\u2019s employees and residents.<\/p>\n

NP To Protect Coast And Resources<\/h2>\n

Accompanied by other NP leaders during his visit, Dr Baloch emphasized that the party, with support from the Mekran belt residents in the upcoming general elections, would make positive decisions for Gwadar Port and the coastal population.
