National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf on Tuesday urged all the political parties to avoid making the election process controversial. He was addressing a press conference along with General Secretary Pakistan People\u2019s Party Centeral Punjab Syed Hassan Murtaza at Punjab Secretariat.<\/p>\n

He said a government coming into being in the wake of controversial elections would remain unable to develop the country. According to him, the holding of transparent elections is the need of the hour. He said no one should claim of winning elections from each and every constituency. He further said no one should make national institutions controversial through political statements. Pakistan is the only country in which the caretaker government conducts elections. The PPP stalwart said it is duty of the ECP to provide level playing field to all the political parties. General Secretary PPP Central Punjab Syed Hassan Murtaza said that PPP will not compromise on eighteenth amendment. He also said that there is a constitutional crisis in the country at this time. hile responding to a question Murtaza said only that party will form the government in the country which is with the people. He dispelled the impression that any body can make a government with the deal.<\/p>\n
