LAHORE \u2013 The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Monday continued operation against violation of bylaws and illegal commercial use in Lahore.<\/p>\n

LDA teams demolished\/sealed 60 buildings in Shadman, Samanabad, Shadbagh and Canal Bank Road for violation of bylaws and illegal commercial use.<\/p>\n

LDA team demolished five illegal buildings and sealed more than 55 for violation of bylaws and not paying commercialization fee.<\/p>\n

The sealed premises include private schools, beauty parlours, Biotech Lab, offices, clinics, academy, pharmacies and cloth shops.<\/p>\n

Director Town Planning -I Ayesha Mutahir carried out the operation with the help of enforcement teams, heavy machinery and Police.<\/p>\n

As per the LDA officials, several notices were served to the owners of these buildings before carrying out the operation.<\/p>\n

LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa directed continuing indiscriminate operations against encroachment, violation of building bylaws and illegal commercial use.<\/p>\n
