In May of last year, the son of the plaintiff was killed by TikToker Mohammad Niaz, also known as Aliyaan.<\/p>\n<p>Aliyaan, the criminal, forcibly took a car from 28-year-old Khurram Akbar, murdered him, and then fled the scene.
