{"id":2939,"date":"2023-09-11T10:54:05","date_gmt":"2023-09-11T10:54:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/khadija-shah-challenges-her-physical-remand-decision-in-lhc\/"},"modified":"2023-09-11T10:54:05","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T10:54:05","slug":"khadija-shah-challenges-her-physical-remand-decision-in-lhc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/news\/khadija-shah-challenges-her-physical-remand-decision-in-lhc\/","title":{"rendered":"Khadija Shah challenges her physical remand decision in LHC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_98\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p><strong>LAHORE: PTI activist Khadija Shah has challenged an anti-terrorism court\u2019s decision of granting her physical remand in the Lahore High Court (LHC), ARY News reported on Monday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barrister Sameer Khosa has filed Khadija Shah\u2019s petition in the high court pleading that the police had got physical remand of the petitioner in 9 May case for score of times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe trial court dismissed the bail petition against the facts of case and the court decided her bail petition after addition of new clauses of law in the case,\u201d according to the petition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe trial court has granted physical remand of the petitioner against the law.
