QUETTA:\u00a0<\/strong> In a recent hearing at the Balochistan High Court, Mr. Justice Kamran Khan Malakhail and Mr. Justice Shaukat Ali Rakhshani addressed a constitutional petition filed by Jalila Haider, a well-known lawyer. During the proceedings, it was revealed that the Chief Secretary\u2019s office had appointed the Secretary of the Urban Planning and Development Department as the focal person, as indicated in a letter. No outdated buses should be on the roads of Quetta, Mr. Justice Kamran Khan Malakhail directed the concerned authorities.<\/p>\n

The bench thoroughly heard transport, construction of roads, and other issues relating to the provincial capital.\u00a0The court directed the Secretary to ensure the court orders\u2019 implementation and warned of personal appearance in case of non-compliance.
