Advocate Kashif Malik, the counsel for the petitioner, appeared before the court and adopted the stance that the appointment is a violation of the law in the context of a judgment passed by the High Court in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">\u201cThe appointed officers do not possess relevant experience and education in the field. The CDA board members have formulated a policy for themselves, under which they will get one kanal plot within six months,\u201d the petitioner\u2019s counsel argued and added that over 100 employees belonging to different departments were posted in the CDA on deputation just to reward them with a plot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">\u201cOfficers of grade 20 are posted in CDA, while officers of grade 19 have been posted above them.
