{"id":25245,"date":"2023-11-16T19:07:56","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T19:07:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/ppp-clarifies-stance-on-electoral-alliance-seat-adjustment\/"},"modified":"2023-11-16T19:07:56","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T19:07:56","slug":"ppp-clarifies-stance-on-electoral-alliance-seat-adjustment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/news\/ppp-clarifies-stance-on-electoral-alliance-seat-adjustment\/","title":{"rendered":"PPP clarifies stance on electoral alliance, seat adjustment"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_98\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p><strong>KARACHI: Pakistan People\u2019s Party (PPP) Sindh President Nisar Khuhro clarified that his political party would not make the electoral alliance with any political party, ARY News reported on Thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nisar Khuhro said in a statement that 13 political parties formed an electoral alliance against PPP which was tantamount to accepting defeat before the general elections.<\/p>\n<p>He said that PPP\u2019s top leadership would make the decision on the nomination of Asif Ali Zardari for the presidency if it gets the majority.<\/p>\n<p>Sources closer to the Pakistan People\u2019s Party told ARY News that PPP would not form any electoral alliance in Karachi ahead of the general elections 2024.
