{"id":24377,"date":"2023-11-14T05:20:13","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T05:20:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/cipher-case-hearing-today-the-express-tribune\/"},"modified":"2023-11-14T05:20:13","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T05:20:13","slug":"cipher-case-hearing-today-the-express-tribune","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/news\/cipher-case-hearing-today-the-express-tribune\/","title":{"rendered":"Cipher case hearing today | The Express Tribune"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"\">\n<strong class=\"location-names\"><br \/>\nRAWALPINDI:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A special court set up under the Official Secrets Act will hear the cipher case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday (today) at the Adiala Jail.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain will also hear the petition regarding the WhatsApp call of Imran with his sons for which a notice has been issued to the jail superintendent.<\/p>\n<p>In the cipher case, the lawyers are scheduled to cross-examine the prosecution witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>The PTI chairman\u2019s wife, Bushra Bibi, Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and his nephew, while the accused Shah Mahmood Qureshi&#8217;s two daughters, wife, and son will also hear the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Imran and Qureshi will also be presented in the new court.
