TV actor Ghana Ali finally addressed the \u2018gold-digger\u2019 label she was given by the portals after marrying Umair Gulzar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On a recent podcast, Ghana Ali spoke at length about her personal life, kids, marriage and tags like \u2018homewrecker\u2019 and \u2018gold-digger\u2019 which were given to her in the widespread backlash after marrying \u2018millionaire\u2019 Umair Gulzar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The\u00a0\u2018Besharam\u2019<\/em> actor refuted the claims and mentioned that her husband is no millionaire businessman and is rather a \u2018normal, middle-class\u2019 person with a decent job. \u201cThe poor being is a deputy director. All of those claims were mere lies,\u201d Ali told the host.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease tell me the gold that I\u2019ve dug, even I am looking for it,\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n

The actor continued, \u201cObviously, every person has their savings. He has his, I have mine, so it\u2019s not like I\u2019m dying of hunger. But all that was a lie.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEven today, I manage my things on my own. I\u2019m financially independent,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Responding to another question, Ali also shared that she manages her kids via nannies while making a comeback to the dramas, though, she keeps a check on them herself.<\/p>\n

It is pertinent to mention here that Ghana Ali tied the knot with Umair Gulzar in May 2021 and the couple welcomed their first child, baby girl Faija Umair on November 23 of the same year. They were blessed with their second kid, son Muhammad Elijah Umair earlier this year.<\/p>\n
