Nabi has been sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and fined a substantial sum of Rs.1 lakh. In case of failure to pay the fine, further imprisonment awaits the accused, Judge Jan Muhammad Gohar announced.<\/p>\n<h2>Police Officer Attempts to Sexually Assualt A Young Girl<\/h2>\n<p>In a shocking incident that occurred in 2021, the accused, Muhammad Nabi, who was a police officer at the time, made an attempt to sexually assault a young girl identified as \u201cGJ.\u201d The incident took place within the jurisdiction of Abdul Khaliq Shaheed. Subsequently, a case was registered against him and the Challan was submitted in the court.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent development, it was revealed that the court\u2019s judgment in the case was delivered yesterday. Judge Jan Muhammad Gohar pronounced a verdict that ensures justice is served. Muhammad Nabi has been sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment with hard labor.
