According to police, two armed suspects stopped journalist Amir Sheikh in Bagh-e-Iram Colony and stole cash and a motorcycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">The suspects allegedly tortured Sheikh when he tried to resist them taking the bike. The victim was later shifted to DHQ Hospital by rescue personnel for emergency treatment. According to police, the entire area was cordoned off to hunt down the criminals and raids were under way. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">A local journalist body protested the incident, while locals in the area expressed concerns over \u201crecurring street crimes\u201d that put lives of ordinary people at risk.
