LAHORE \u2013 Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Tuesday continued operation against violation of bylaws and illegal commercial use in Lahore.<\/p>\n

LDA teams demolished\/sealed more than 40 buildings in different areas for violation of bylaws and illegal commercial use.<\/p>\n

LDA team sealed 20 premises in Allama Iqbal Town and 15 buildings in Quaid-e-Azam Town for not paying commercialization fee.<\/p>\n

LDA teams demolished several structures on Kacha Jail Road for violation of building bylaws. Teams also removed encroachments from the area.<\/p>\n

These buildings include marriage halls, food outlets and grocery stores.<\/p>\n

Director Town Planning -IV Ali Abbas carried out the operation with the help of enforcement teams, heavy machinery and Police.<\/p>\n

As per the LDA officials, several notices were served to the owners of these buildings before carrying out the operation.<\/p>\n

LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa directed continuing indiscriminate operations against encroachment, violation of building bylaws and illegal commercial use.<\/p>\n
