It was planned ahead, with a single objective: preventing Saudi Arabia from recognising Israel.<\/p>\n<p>President Biden, however, did not mention the move to establish diplomatic ties between Israel and Saudi Arabia when he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dawn.com\/news\/1782454\">addressed his nation on Friday<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, he mentioned another deal that Washington is working on with its European partners and India.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe India-Middle East-Europe rail corridor that I announced this year at the summit of the world\u2019s biggest economies\u201d would create \u201cmore
