He will then leave for Lahore where he will be accorded a warm welcome by the party workers.<\/p>\n<p>Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to address a public meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan in the evening.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Arrangements finalised<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has made arrangements for flower showers using Cessna planes to welcome former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the provincial capital of Lahore.<\/p>\n<p>PML-N has claimed that it has set up 40,000 seats at the Greater Iqbal Park the venue for today\u2019s public gathering.<\/p>\n<p>PML-N convoys from Sindh, KP, Gilgit Baltistan and Punjab have left for Lahore to attend today\u2019s rally.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text__text__1FZLe text__dark-grey__3Ml43 text__regular__2N1Xr text__small__1kGq2 body__full_width__ekUdw body__small_body__2vQyf article-body__paragraph__2-BtD\" data-testid=\"paragraph-2\"><strong>Here is a timeline of events leading to his latest years of exile and his return:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text__text__1FZLe text__dark-grey__3Ml43 text__regular__2N1Xr text__small__1kGq2 body__full_width__ekUdw body__small_body__2vQyf article-body__paragraph__2-BtD\" data-testid=\"paragraph-1\">Sharif, 73, first become prime minister in 1990.
