Endava plc ($DAVA) Securities Class Action:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The litigation\u2019s focus is on the propriety of Endava\u2019s repeated assurances that its \u201cfinancial statements [\u2026] fairly present in all material respects the financial condition, results of operations and cash flows of the Company,\u201d the effectiveness of its internal control over financial reporting, and its \u201cpivot towards AI to establish Endava as an AI leader\u201d was gaining \u201cmomentum.\u201d<\/p>\n
