MONTREAL, Aug. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Stingray Group Inc. (TSX: RAY) (\u201cStingray\u201d or the \u201cCorporation\u201d), the world\u2019s leading connected streaming media company, today announced that further to its news releases dated June 22, 2026, June 30, 2026, July 14, 2026 and July 28, 2026, the Autorit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers (the \u201cAMF\u201d) has revoked the temporary management cease trade order (the \u201cMCTO\u201d) previously issued on June 30, 2026, under National Policy 12-203 \u2013\u00a0Management Cease Trade Orders<\/em> (\u201cNP 12-203\u201d).<\/p>\n

The issuance of the revocation order follows the filing by Stingray of its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, management\u2019s discussion and analysis thereof and the CEO and CFO certificates associated therewith as well as its annual information form for the year ended March 31, 2026 (collectively, the \u201cAnnual Filings\u201d) on August 9 and 10, 2026. The MCTO applied only to the Corporation\u2019s Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, and the directors of the Corporation, and did not affect trading in securities of the Corporation by other persons.<\/p>\n
