KARACHI \/ ISLAMABAD: The Board of Directors of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Ltd<\/a>. (PIACL) has approved a performance bonus equal to one month\u2019s basic salary for airline employees during its 102nd board meeting, the first since the carrier\u2019s transition to private management.<\/p>\n

The strategic decision reflects the new leadership\u2019s immediate priority to invest in human capital and align the workforce with the airline\u2019s broader transformation and growth strategy.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the decision, the management highlighted that the gesture aims to recognize the dedication of the staff while energizing teams for upcoming operational milestones, route revivals, and service enhancements.<\/p>\n
