DERA ISMAIL KHAN:<\/strong> Folk and classical singer Muhammad Basit Naeemi is continuing his efforts to preserve Pakistan\u2019s rich musical heritage through performances rooted in traditional folk and classical music while embracing digital platforms to reach wider audiences.<\/p>\n

Born on January 1, 1989, in Saudi Arabia and currently residing in Dera Ismail Khan, Naeemi has devoted more than 18 years to music. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to promoting traditional Pakistani music, drawing inspiration from the legendary Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, whose work continues to influence generations of musicians across South Asia.<\/p>\n

Naeemi received his musical training under the guidance of respected teachers Sahibzada Muhammad Naeem, Khalid Mahmood, and Akhtar Muneer.
