Prince Harry<\/a>, the Duke of Sussex, ended a busy week of public engagements Saturday with a visit to Scotty\u2019s Little Soldiers during the charity\u2019s summer festival at Maxstoke Castle in Warwickshire.<\/p>\n

During the event, Harry took part in a question-and-answer session with children supported by the charity. While speaking with them, he also mentioned his own children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.<\/p>\n

One of the questions came from 9-year-old Poppy, whose father, Able Seaman Daniel Turnbull, died of leukemia in July 2020. She asked Harry how he copes with difficult days.<\/p>\n

Harry said some days are simply hard. He said his dog and his children make him laugh, and if he needs a laugh, he watches something funny on television. He also told the children that there are days when it may not be possible to laugh, but having brothers, sisters, friends and the support of their community can help. He added that ending a difficult day with laughter is the best medicine.<\/p>\n

While answering other questions, Harry said the superpower he would most like to have is the ability to make people\u2019s days better by simply touching them on the shoulder. He also revealed that Botswana is his favorite country because of its open spaces, wildlife and natural beauty.<\/p>\n

Botswana holds special meaning for both Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle.<\/a> When Harry proposed to Meghan, her engagement ring included a diamond from the African country.<\/p>\n

During the visit, Harry also joined a goat yoga session. Joking about the activity, he asked whether there were any health and safety concerns and whether the goats bite. He later allowed the goats to climb over him and also faced one of them during another activity.<\/p>\n

Harry also took part in a race with a 3-year-old child named River. During the race, he was hit by several water balloons, including one that struck him in the face.<\/p>\n
