On March 24, 2026, a warning letter to ImmunityBio from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (\u201cFDA\u201d), dated March 13, 2026, became public.\u00a0 In the letter, the FDA asserted that, despite previous warnings from the FDA about the accuracy of the Company\u2019s promotions, \u201cImmunityBio continues to promote Anktiva\u201d\u2014the Company\u2019s bladder-cancer drug\u2014\u201cin a similar misleading manner\u201d, including in television advertisements and on a January episode of Sean Spicer\u2019s podcast.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On this news, ImmunityBio\u2019s stock price fell $1.99 per share, or 21.12%, to close at $7.41 per share on March 24, 2026.<\/p>\n
