amount of the WisdomTree Natural Gas 3x Daily Leveraged Securities (the \u201c<b>Affected<\/b> <b>Securities<\/b>\u201d) from USD 0.425712 to USD 0.0425712, as set out in a notice to holders of the Affected Securities dated 15 January 2026, was passed at an adjourned meeting of the holders of the Affected Securities held at 11am on 3 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">As a result, the Deed
