Two terrorists were killed in the counteraction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">Accompanied by other high-ranking officers, Dr Usman Anwar went to Kundal Check Post and was briefed on the terrorist attack by DIG Patrolling Police Athar Waheed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">The IGP lauded the bravery of officials and awarded cash prizes, including Rs500,000 to CTD personnel involved in the counter operation and Rs3 million to all staff at the check post.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">He assured support to the family of the deceased constable and announced plans to strengthen border posts, naming Kundal check post after Shaheed Head Constable Haroon Khan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">Dr Anwar attended Head Constable Haroon Khan&#8217;s funeral, paying tribute to the sacrifice and assuring the family&#8217;s welfare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">He lauded the police force&#8217;s commitment and commended the CTD for thwarting the terrorist attack. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:black\">Punjab Police foiled a terrorist attack at the Esa Khel Kundal Patrolling post, resulting in the martyrdom of Head Constable Haroon Khan.
