South Indian superstar Allu Arjun once refused to work with Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan, turning down the film offer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Watch ARY News live on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/live.arynews.tv\/hq\/\">live.arynews.tv<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As learnt by an Indian media outlet, Telugu film industry\u2019s superstar Allu Arjun or as he is currently known, <em>\u2018Pushpa\u2019<\/em>, was offered to play the lead role in Kabir Khan\u2019s 2015 comedy-drama <em>\u2018Bajrangi Bhaijaan\u2019<\/em>, before it eventually landed with Bollywood star Salman Khan.<\/p>\n<p>However, the National Film Award-winning actor turned down the project, what could have been his Bollywood debut, citing a packed schedule as the reason, and is yet to have a Hindi language title in his filmography.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover,<em> \u2018Bajrangi Bhaijaan\u2019<\/em> is not the only film that Arjun has rejected, and reportedly was also offered movies like<em> \u2018Arjun Reddy\u2019, \u2018Bhadra\u2019, \u2018Gang Leader\u2019<\/em> and<em> \u2018Geeta Govindam\u2019<\/em>, but turned down them all for one reason or another.<\/p>\n<p>The comedy-drama flick, <em>\u2018Bajrangi Bhaijaan\u2019<\/em>, starring Kareena Kapoor and Salman Khan alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui and child star Harshali Malhotra, was written and directed by celebrated filmmaker Kabir Khan.<\/p>\n<p>The film was a huge commercial success and received widespread acclaim from critics upon release in addition to several prestigious honours.<\/p>\n<p>The sequel to the title was announced in 2021 by the lead actor, Khan.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/arynews.tv\/viral-bajrangi-bhaijaan-star-harshaali-malhotra-transformation\/\">Remember Salman Khan\u2019s co-star Munni from \u2018Bajrangi Bhaijaan\u2019?
