SATO Corporation, Stock Exchange Release (Inside information) 6 February at 11:00 am<\/p>\n

SATO Corporation issues EUR 50 million of unsecured notes. The notes are issued under the Company\u2019s EMTN programme as an increase to the existing bond maturing on 12 June 2030 (ISIN XS2188664259). The issue price of the notes is 95.332%, and the issue date is 13 February 2026. The proceeds of the issue will be used to refinance the Company\u2019s existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n
