Born on November 28, 1928, in Ferozepur, India, she moved to Pakistan after the partition and went on to carve a lasting legacy in Urdu literature.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"973\">Her celebrated works include Na Kabilay Zikar, Bazgasht, Raja Gidh, and Amar Bail, with the latter\u2019s deep psychological themes striking a chord with readers across the world. Among her many contributions to the arts, her plays for radio and television remain cherished classics.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1245\">Bano Qudsia\u2019s literary genius earned her numerous accolades, including the Sitara-e-Imtiaz in 2003 and the Hilal-e-Imtiaz in 2010.
