TikTok has confirmed the testing of an ad-free subscription tier for its users.<\/p>\n

First reported by Android Authority<\/a>, TikTok is currently giving the option to users to select between the free version of the app with ads or upgrading it to an ad-free version.<\/p>\n

TikTok has confirmed that it is testing the new option only in a single, English-speaking market outside the US. As of now, the ad-free TikTok experience would cost users $4.99 per month. The final price might differ based on the results of the testing phase.<\/p>\n
