The petitioner argues that by doing so, she has committed offenses under Section 171 (wearing garb or carrying token used by a public servant with fraudulent intent)\u00a0and Section 419 (punishment for cheating by personation, which may extend to seven years\u2019 imprisonment, a fine, or both)\u00a0of the Pakistan Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Advocate Bajwa further stated that a no-objection certificate (NOC) from the police is required to legally wear the uniform along with the badge.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Additional Sessions Judge Ilyas Rehan had requested a report from the Anarkali Police, Lahore by December 14 regarding the petition.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A petition has been filed in the Sessions Court Lahore against actor\u00a0Saba Qamar over allegations of wearing a police uniform without proper authorization.
