KARACHI \u2013 Just days after Christmas, another public holiday has been officially announced in country\u2019s southeastern region Sindh.<\/p>\n

Sindh government started preparations to honor slain leader Benazir Bhutto in grand and befitting manner on her death anniversary. As part of these commemorations, 27th December has been declared a public holiday across the province.<\/p>\n

Excitement among Benazir Bhutto\u2019s admirers continues, as they eagerly await the day to pay tribute to her enduring legacy.<\/p>\n

Today on Monday, the provincial administration officially announced that 27th December will be public holiday in Sindh on occasion of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto\u2019s death anniversary.<\/p>\n

All government and semi-government offices, including local councils, will remain closed on Saturday, 27th December. This holiday declaration has been formally issued by Services and General Administration and Coordination Department, ensuring that entire province can participate in remembering Pakistan\u2019s beloved leader.<\/p>\n

Punjab government also announced public holidays<\/a> <\/strong>on December 25 and 26 for Quaid-e-Azam Day and Boxing Day. December 25 will honor the birth anniversary of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, while December 26 is a holiday for the Christian community.<\/p>\n

Sindh government also declared the same dates as public holidays, with December 25 observed province-wide (except for essential services) and December 26 for Christian employees. These holidays allow citizens to celebrate important national and religious occasions while ensuring essential services continue.<\/p>\n
