In a recent interview with fashion publication Who What Wear<\/em>, Amanda Seyfried expressed firm support for her previous statements, declaring, \u201cI\u2019m not f***ing apologising for that\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 40-year-old actress discussed her perspective in the December 10 interview, emphasising the factual basis behind her comments.<\/p>\n

Seyfried stated, \u201cI commented on one thing\u2026 What I said was pretty damn factual, and I\u2019m free to have an opinion, of course.\u201d She highlighted her appreciation for social media as a means to clarify her stance amid the backlash she received, saying, \u201cIt was about getting my voice back because I felt like it had been stolen and decontextualised\u201d.<\/p>\n

She referred to a follow-up post she made on September 18, which aimed to clarify her earlier comments that had been taken out of context.<\/p>\n

At the time, she wrote, \u201cWe\u2019re forgetting the nuance of humanity,\u201d acknowledging her anger towards misogyny and racist rhetoric while also condemning the tragic murder of Charlie Kirk.<\/p>\n

Kirk, a conservative activist and ally of former President Donald Trump, was shot and killed at a Utah college event on September 10. Trump announced his death on social media, calling Kirk \u201cgreat, and even legendary\u201d. Following the incident, the suspect, Tyler Robinson, was arrested after initially escaping during the chaos.<\/p>\n
