The event also marks the launch of <strong>Radiant\u2019s 40th Anniversary Celebration<\/strong>, honoring four decades of community-centered care and advocacy.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Radiant Health Centers invites the public to a free World AIDS Day Policy Forum and the kickoff of its 40th Anniversary Celebration on December 1 at the Norma Herzog Community Center in Costa Mesa.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s forum \u2014 <strong>\u201cHIV\/AIDS: Policy, History &amp; the Future of Health Equity\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 brings together leading voices in HIV medical care, statewide policy, community impact, and lived experience. The evening includes a panel discussion, storytelling, opportunity drawings, complimentary food and beverages, and a surprise musical performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we honor World AIDS Day and launch our 40th anniversary, this forum is more than dialogue \u2014 it is a reminder of the extraordinary resilience of our community,\u201d said <strong>Dr. Tulika Singh<\/strong>, Medical Director of Radiant Health Centers. \u201cWe have made remarkable advances in prevention and treatment, yet the work is not done.
