The use of LPG cylinders in Pakistani households has surged as frequent gas load-shedding disrupts piped gas supply for cooking.

Many families now rely on LPG cylinders to prepare daily meals, ensuring uninterrupted cooking despite energy shortages.

The rising use of LPG cylinders in Pakistani households due to gas load-shedding has also brought safety concerns to the forefront.

Poor-quality or counterfeit cylinders and regulators increase the risk of leaks, fires, or even cylinder blasts, posing serious hazards to families.

Improper storage, overfilled cylinders, and faulty connections can also trigger accidents.

Safety experts stress the importance of purchasing certified cylinders, regularly checking valves, and following strict handling guidelines. While LPG offers a convenient cooking solution, awareness and caution are essential to prevent tragic incidents and ensure household safety amid growing reliance on cylinders.
