The Burewalins hosts reception for ICC Elite Panel Umpire Ahsan Raza – Pakistan Observer

The Burewalins” hosted a grand reception to honor International Cricket Council (ICC) Elite Panel6 Umpire Ahsan Raza. The event recognized his outstanding contributions to cricket umpiring, by presenting special medal and awards to him and other notable personalities.

The prestigious ceremony was organized in Lahore by Abdul Basit Khan (Founder and Chairman of The Burewalins), alongside prominent businessmen distinguished guests from various walks of life. Dr Amjad saqib also attended the colourful ceremony and impressed upon audience to devote time for the welfare of oppressed class to make them useful citizen

The event was attended by eminent figures from the film and TV industry Film producer Syed Noor, renewed senior Actor Aurangzeb Leghari, Rashid Mehmood, Ashraf Khan, and singer Khalid baig and renowned columnist Orya Maqbool Jan, educationist Ms. Mehnaz, poetess Ms. Urooj Durrani, Dr. Shahida CEO Meri Pehchan foundation , Zafar Abbas Lak (Former IG Motorways), Dr. Malik Khuda Bakhsh (Former IG Police), and Khalid Mahmood (Former Vice-Chancellor) and senior bureaucrat Abdul Rauf Khan, Business & Overseas Representatives: Mian Muhammad Hanif and Manzoor Malik founder chairman Shekupura Chamber of commerce and industries During the ceremony, Abdul Basit khan presented medal and shield to Ahsan Raza for his outstanding national & international services Speakers praised Ahsan Raza for elevating Pakistan’s profile globally, setting a benchmark for honesty, professionalism, and impartiality in international umpiring.
