Study in Iraq: HEC Announces Scholarship Program 2025 for Pakistanis
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has announced a new scholarship opportunity under the “Study in Iraq” program for the 2025–26 academic year. This program is offered by Iraq’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Pakistani students interested in pursuing Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
The scholarship includes full, partial, and self-financed options at public and private universities in Iraq. Students can apply in different fields such as engineering, medicine, social sciences, humanities, and more.
