Sharjah Offers Free Entry to Museums Till March 3
Residents and tourists in Sharjah have the opportunity to explore Emirati culture and heritage with complimentary entry to Sharjah Museums until March 3, 2024.
This initiative, led by the Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA), grants access to prominent museums in the emirate, including Sharjah Fort (Al Hisn), Sharjah Calligraphy Museum, Bait Al Naboodah, and Hisn Khorfakkan. Additionally, SMA has introduced the ‘Museums Express,’ a mobile museum bus operating in Dibba Al Hisn and the Heart of Sharjah on scheduled days.
In addition to free entry, participants can engage in hands-on workshops to delve into the traditions and heritage of the emirate.
For example, workshops at Al Hisn Towers at Sharjah Fort will cover its history, while Bait Al Naboodah will offer sessions on painting floral and geometric designs.
