The itinerary for the Pakistan cricket team’s T20I tour to Ireland has been officially announced.
The Pakistani team, also known as the Men in Green, will compete against the home team at Clontarf in Dublin on May 10th, 12th, and 14th, 2024. The matches are set to begin at 3 pm local time, which is 8 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
This series serves as a warm-up for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup taking place in June. Both teams are slated to meet again in Florida on June 16 during the group stage of the tournament.
After the games in Ireland, the Pakistani team will head to England to play four T20Is against the current T20 World Champions.
Schedule for Ireland vs Pakistan series:
10 May, 2024: First T20I at Clontarf
12 May, 2024: Second T20I at Clontarf
14 May, 2024: Third T20I at Clontarf
It’s worth noting that the members of the Pakistan men’s team are presently participating in a fitness camp in Kakul, which commenced on March 25.
Recently unretired all-rounder Imad Wasim and fast bowler Mohammad Amir have been summoned to the camp. In addition, Usman Khan, one of the standout performers of PSL 9, has been selected.
The fitness camp is scheduled to wrap up on April 8.
