The Lahore High Court will hear the petition of Salman Akram Raja against his independent candidature in Feb 8 general elections Wednesday. A division bench headed by Justice Baqir Ali Najafi will hear the case.
A day earlier, Raja challenged the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) decision declaring him an independent candidate for Feb 8 polls and filed the petition.
