Realme is venturing into a new phase in its smartphone domain with the launch of the Note series. The inaugural release, Realme Note 50, marks the initiation of this series, and there’s confirmation of two more Realme Note models entering the market later in the year.
Positioned as potentially the most affordable smartphone of 2024, the Realme Note 50 starts at just $65.
Featuring a 6.74-inch IPS LCD with a 720p resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate, the display boasts a peak brightness of 560 nits and a 180Hz touch sampling rate for heightened responsiveness. The phone includes a 5MP front camera housed in a water-drop notch.
The Realme Note 50 is powered by a Unisoc T612 processor, accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Its rear camera setup consists of a 13MP primary camera and a QVGA secondary sensor.
Running on Realme UI T Edition based on Android 13, the device is fueled by a 5,000 mAh battery supporting 10W charging. Notably, the Note 50 features IP54 dust and water resistance, includes a headphone jack, and incorporates a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for added security.

Available in Sky Blue and Midnight Black, the Realme Note 50 is priced at $65 in the Philippines. While international pricing and availability details are yet to be disclosed by Realme, it is expected that the Note 50 will be introduced in additional markets in the coming weeks.
