Police recover drugs worth Rs4.5m after Pinky’s disclosure – Pakistan Observer

KARACHI – The police recovered drugs worth more than Rs4.5 million following the disclosure of a detained drug trafficker Anmol alias Pinky, the officials said on Saturday.

The police sources said that the raids were conducted at a flat in the A-1 Complex on Abul Hassan Isphani Road after the accused, identified as Anmol alias “Pinky,” provided information during interrogation.

A large quantity of cocaine was recovered during the operation.

Police said the recovered narcotics are estimated to be worth over Rs4.5 million in the illegal market. A separate case has also been registered against the suspect at Sachal police station.

Earlier, the Garden Police Karachi had arrested the accused in a major drug bust, recovering narcotics worth millions of rupees.

During interrogation, the suspect allegedly made several claims regarding the drug network and its operations, including the use of inter-city transport routes for smuggling and financial transactions through third-party accounts.

The police said they are holding urther investigation of the matter

Earlier, Pinky made startling revelations and mentioned some actors falling under her network.
